Welcome to the Giraffes!
The Giraffe Class is a nurturing and engaging three-day morning program designed specifically for four-year-olds. Held from 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. With a monthly tuition of $290 and a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $125, our program aims to provide an enriching introduction to preschool, ensuring children develop a positive self-image and a love for learning in a safe, faith-based environment.
The Giraffes Class is dedicated to teaching and reinforcing foundational educational skills through a variety of engaging individual and group activities, facilitated by two qualified teachers in a nurturing, faith-based environment with a maximum of 19 students. The daily schedule includes a vibrant Morning Circle with songs, movement, themed stories, and cognitive concepts, alongside Independent Choice time that promotes imaginative play and social skills.
Art activities related to the weekly theme foster creativity and fine motor skills, while outdoor play enhances large motor development. Small group activities focus on preparing children for kindergarten with essential skills like number and letter recognition. Additionally, children keep Giraffe Journals to document their learning experiences, and weekly chapel sessions provide spiritual enrichment. Parent involvement is encouraged through various special events throughout the year, creating a strong community connection.
